To begin using the MyTern App, users must complete a one-time registration. Upon successful registration, a unique User ID is generated and sent to the registered email address.

When the app is opened for the first time, users will be prompted to enter this User ID to activate access. The User ID remains valid for six months from the date of registration. New users can register by filling out the registration form available on this page.

Once the User ID expires (6 months), the app will display a renewal prompt, which will directly guide users to the renewal page to extend access.
